If you or your family are currently not students of the Tai Chi Project, we invite you to join.  Those who have never taken from us need to register for one workshop series.

“A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.”  ~ Lao Tze

The “first step” in your adventure into the world of Tai Chi Ch’uan and self-improvement is to register for a “Beginner Workshop Class Series.”  The second step is to show up and find out what Steps 3, 4 & 5 are!
(Hint: Bring a journal, wear loose, comfortable clothing, and scroll down to the bottom and print out the Beginner Packet pdf and Qigong forms pdf.)

These workshops have 3-9 students and are designed for optimal learning.  For those who need more individualized instruction, one-on-one options with one of our top instructors can answer all your questions on …when…where…how much…why and…why bother.

After the first class or workshop series, you will either know you have done the best thing for you and your loved ones, or you will know this is not your “cup of tea” just yet.

Please see the workshop schedule to determine what works best for you.

We encourage you to invest in yourself. Caring for yourself is the most unselfish thing you can do.

We look forward to connecting with you soon.
