June 1, 2024 – Please pay attention to safety lessons learned during the recent pandemic.  We ALWAYS prefer to do our Tai Chi Ch’uan outside and will zoom when weather conditions make travel concerning.

Exciting News, Park Hill class attendees! Our inclement weather plan: Forest Parkway classes will be held inside at Park Hill UMC, 5209 Montview Blvd.

  • July 7, 2021 Update – With the state and local COVID-19 Safety Reopening Guidelines, some changes have been made to our program.
  • Inside classes are suspended. Bad weather days will move to a Zoom format until further notice.
  • All classes allow for safe distancing.
  • No public restrooms or water fountains are currently available.
  • Please bring your own full water bottle.
  • Masks and bandanas are not required to be worn, but must be visibly accessible if needed.
  • All classes are open to beginners, but we recommend that you meet privately with instructors first.

Private sessions are $75.
