Meditation in Motion

“T’ai Chi is often described as “meditation in motion,” but it might well be called “medication in motion.” There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health problems.” Harvard Medical School

Experience for yourself the accumulated wisdom of centuries with the timeless exercise of T’ai Chi – many of the best of Qi Gong exercises artfully strung together. Improve your health and balance, feel more energy, and so you can sleep better. Learn to use your T’ai Chi to alleviate chronic stress, and everyday aches and pains. Step out of the ordinary and take the first steps on the road to a healthy longevity.  The flowing meditative exercise of T’ai Chi can be a powerful complement to medical intervention, and in many instances, may allow a physician to significantly reduce a patient’s drug dosage or eliminate the need for medication altogether. Get the benefits of exercise you need without the wear and tear of other forms of exercise.
