Introduction to T'ai Chi (& Qi Gong): Getting Started Right Free Zoom Classes

During the pandemic we learned that Zoom is a great way to introduce beginning students to Tai Chi and get them ready to confidently join an in-person class. Others who are unable to find a class in their area or confined to a location have also benefitted. “Give it a go” by joining a free Tai Chi Class for Beginners via Zoom on Fridays at 10:00am MST/MDT. and/or on Wednesday at 6pm, MST/MDT.
