Introduction to T'ai Chi (& Qi Gong): Getting Started Right Free Zoom Classes
During the pandemic we learned that Zoom is a great way to introduce beginning students to Tai Chi and get them ready to confidently join an in-person class. Those who are unable to attend a class in their area have also benefitted. “Give it a go” by joining a free Tai Chi Class for Beginners & Intermediates via Zoom on Fridays at 9:00 am MST/MDT. You can also sign up here for the Intro to Tai Chi & Qi Gong – held the first Friday of every month at 8:30 am.
If you are interested in the Wednesday 6pm, MST/MDT class, that is now a donation based 6-week class that we schedule once we have enough interested registrants. Indicate all your interests in the message section.
