The Tai Chi Project at Living Younger Longer Institute coordinates and leads these free/donation-based gatherings in June, July, and August. Joe Brady and Jacqui Shumway are considered some of the best at teaching novices the movements of Tai Chi Ch’uan. At the same time, they help experienced “Tai Chi Players” deepen their appreciation of this ancient healing martial art.
No experience is necessary, so all are welcome to attend!
