Mr. Peanutbutter asks BoJack if he's ready to go. Mr. Peanutbutter responds by saying thats my girl," and walks past Princess Carolyn who mistakenly thinks that Mr. Peanutbutter is talking to her. She states she doesn't want Mr. Peanutbutter to be governor because she thinks he would be bad at it. Diane then tells him she's moving to Houston with her boyfriend. Mr. Peanutbutter says now that he's single he's finally learning to be himself. The party has ended and in their car, Diane apologizes to Mr. Peanutbutter for ruining another Halloween for him. Pickles tells him she is so confused. He accepts and Mr. Peanutbutter rescues him when the park begins to crumble and burn down. BoJack, pretending to be the coin sorter, tells Mr. Peanutbutter to go to Pickles. Mr. Peanutbutter believes him, although the two eventually engaged in a competition of one-upmanship to see who can impress Diane more. Peanutbutter took her fantasy and put structure to it, structure that Diane didn't need or want or influence. He says things like they'll all die one day, and it's cruel to let people love you because you're just promising one day you'll break their hearts. Diane arrives at the airport and Mr. Peanutbutter is waiting for her with BLARN sign. When Diane returns home later that night, Mr. Peanutbutter talks to Diane to apologize for his grand gestures and explains how much he loves her despite having different personalities. Mr. Peanutbutter then notices the entire kitchen set from Mr. Peanutbutter's House. She gets a call from BoJack who complains about having to learn five pages of dialogue, and about how everyone on set has their attention on Mr. Peanutbutter when they're supposed to like him/Philbert because he's the star. Mr. Peanutbutter starts talking to BoJack, and after Diane talks to Mr. Peanutbutter he thinks she's in New York too, but quickly tells her he's not accusing her and that he feels better when he knows where she is. She yells at him for leaving her alone, the one thing she asked him not to do, and how he never listens.
